About HILO

HILO is an AI-powered trip planning and itinerary platform built for travelers who want more than a folder of bookmarks. Whether you're organizing a solo weekend, a family vacation, or a multi-city adventure with friends, HILO turns a destination and a few dates into a thoughtful, day-by-day plan tuned to your interests, pace, and budget.

We built HILO for the planners and the dreamers — people who love the anticipation of a trip as much as the journey itself. Shared itineraries let you invite friends to co-edit, chat in real time, and keep everyone aligned before and during the trip. A social feed helps you follow travelers you trust, draw inspiration from their adventures, and share your own memories along the way. And because the best moments often happen off the grid, your itinerary, maps, and bookings stay available even when the connection doesn't.

HILO is built by a small team of travel enthusiasts and engineers based in Paris who believe planning should feel as exciting as the trip itself. We're continually refining the experience based on feedback from travelers like you — so if there's something you wish HILO could do, we'd love to hear about it.
